I started with a bao bun that was so soft!! The cucumber was sliced perfectly thin! Terrific. I tried the oxtail ramen tonight and the broth was very flavorful, not harshly spicy. The meat was tender and noodles were delicious. Hats off to the chef who was running solo tonight. Everything was really good and I even brought some take away for tomorrow.
