Fitness Classes in Summit, Cedar Hill, TX

I've had one of my session with a trainer using Flexit, and it was a very good experience. This is a convenient platform with well qualified trainers. I wanted to give it a try to see how it worked, and it's a great option for fitness training.

I have learned so much in this course so far and have gained better knowledge of what Chakra Harmonic Alignment (C.H.A.) is and what the benefits are, for your mind, body, soul & and spirit Sound healing ties together with meditation, yoga, color therapy, aromatherapy and more to keep our natural state of mind balanced and in tune with our true selves. It helps with being present in the moment.

Great yoga classes, very instructive and available for all levels!

There is a calm, welcoming atmosphere when you first enter the studio. I loved my experience even though I couldn't hear all of the instructions. I just looked around to see what everyone else was doing. Overall my first time was great and I intend to become a regular.

A most excellent resource with a broad range of classes in a variety of settings and areas of focus.
