Let me be fair and start with the positive. The house was cleaner than it has been in a while, including the very hard to clean gutters. Now let's understand, it took multiple contacts (phone and email) to get anyone to schedule, then despite multiple scheduled times, no one showed and no contact to reschedule. I had to reach out each time to get on the calendar and was told that the "rain" had set them back (three times???) and note that it was only actively raining one time when it was scheduled. After providing a "last chance" it was scheduled and then at the time of the appointment they emailed (not called) and said they had a flat and would call the next day to reschedule. Two days later, I was emailed and told a technician would be coming that day. The thing was the technician was already there and had already started. However without any forewarning we had furniture outside including cushions that became soaked. A package that had been delivered earlier that day had also been soaked. Debris from the wash was sprayed onto the furniture and fixtures. We had actually requested the porch not be washed because it recently was cleaned when we painted it, this was ignored. I sent a email to the owner about these issues, which to no surprise received no response. When you have someone serve your home you want to trust that they respect you, your time, and your property. I felt like they didn't want the work because it was a Groupon.
