I love this place! Classes are great for beginners and long time yogis alike! It is HOT and you will get sweaty! Everyone is so nice and it's a judgment free zone for sure! I'll be back!
I bought this as a birthday gift to my friend. She was so happy and her was taken down from a usual 9 to a 4. She said she got in the car after her visit and cried happy tears. Y’all did an amazing job! Just what I was hoping for when I got this for her!
