Clean and nice ambiance. Did not get the hot stones as outlined in my groupon though. When I arrived in the room they told me that would be an add on cost. Massage therapist was good otherwise. Did not get a typical spa welcome and review/run down of the facility like most spas though. Some items in locker room are not labeled so i didn't know what was available for use. There's also no deodorant which is odd for a spa.

Tatiana is an incredible person and technician. She’s always giving great advice and ensuring you know exactly what to do after each service. I highly recommend Pure Med spa, but more importantly, I highly recommend Tatiana!
Deborah was amazing! Very attentive and professional. We had an awesome, amazing conversation that felt organic and wholesome. I literally felt so much lighter emotionally and physically. I will definitely return next time I'm in Chicago.
