Great yoga classes, very instructive and available for all levels!

Excellent experience. I loved that they have an intro class to get you acquainted with the machines. Lucia was very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to becoming a member.

These workouts were great. A good selection although I was doing only mat; I don't have a reformer at home. But the instructors are great and I really got a lot out of these pilates classes. Going to buy again.
