Don’t limit yourself to the main floor. There is the top floor that is under glass, but then the floor below has the outside viewing area and when you go inside, there’s also an interactive theater experience and a gift shop.
The staff was very knowledgeable about the whales and made every effort to announce and move the boat in any direction that made it easier to see the whales.
