I could NEVER redeem the Reiki voucher so did not receive the class. Very disappointed with Groupon as I’ve used it so much. What can you do to remedy this problem?

Was a wonderful and educational experience. Simple instructions. Willing to answer any and all questions. Did not feel like a lecture or anything of the sort.
