The lady at the desk was very helpful and showing me how to navigate and utilize my Groupon offer. She also was VERY informative. The guys started working on my car within 10 minutes of me being here and provided amazing recommendations that I will be returning to get repaired with them!!! Highly Recommend this location.
This was such a good deal! The instructions were helpful and easy to follow to retrieve your product key. I actually signed on to my Microsoft account and entered my product key there first -- which meant I was already authenticated on each program and only needed to download and install. I thought I was going to need some help and emailed the company, but I solved my issue in about 5 minutes. They still responded shortly after that -- so the communication response is awesome.
