I did the salt cave and then right into a fire and ice session. I walked out of there feeling so relaxed and at peace. I love how clean everything is. The young lady that works the desk on Saturdays is a treasure. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that your visit is amazing. I cannot wait to go back!!!!
