Prompt service, friendly staff, upfront about how much I need to pay with the Groupon. No upsell. They didn't even need my name, address or phone number, just the key. They do not take appointment, just walk in. You do need to download the Groupon app. They cannot scan the barcode on a paper printout, at least for the Plano location.
