Everybody was very professional, knowledgeable, cordial. Customer service was exceptional no complain. Everybody was very customer service oriented. Food was excellent, except for the hamburgers were burn but I went to the counter told the clerk and with no hesitation she exchanged the hamburgers and also offer a free basket of French fries at no charge for the inconvenience. That what I like to call customer service at their best. My family and I were very pleased with the exceptional service, cordiality and how the crew knows how to be professional. Love it, must definitely I'll recommend it this water park to friends, and definitely come back. Thank you at the entire crew for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you.
