The service was great, my massage was fantastic. Very quiet and were able to accommodate me same day. My only issue is I put a fair amount for a $35 massage and I was told I had to give a specific amount. Tips are discretionary and I should be able to tip what I would like. I tipped 15% and was told I needed to add more to it.
