I recently order Microsoft Office 24 for Mac rom Groupon. I had some issues with access and trying to upload the new software. There was a problem with deleting on older version of office and David came to my assistance immediately. He sent me a detailed procedure on how to delete the old version and install the new one. He was great and the only access available to help me with my problem. Can't speak more about how pleased I am with the support I received from Groupon Technica Service and specifically David. Not many locations today quality technical support but I have no qualms about continuing to use Groupon. .
