This studio is amazing! I just purchased their 3 month package. All the classes so far to me are beneficial on my road to a healthy lifestyle. These classes are physical and mentally helping me live a healthy life. I’m obsessed with the style and knowledge of all the teachers. Everyone is so friendly and caring.
