While waiting on our theater to be cleaned, the assistant manager, Angelique, gave us a tour while providing the history of the place. She also informed us on all the events that have been held there and that could be held there. She was so professional and a pleasure to speak with. Also a great salesperson. The food (Buff Chk Snwh) wasn't great but experience and customer service made up for it
The staff was friendly and greeted us upon arrival. We arrived on a night with heavy snowfall and were late for our appointment. The staff gave us extra time at no additional cost. The axe throwing was fun, and the staff was very attentive during the event, checking up on us and offering drinks. I do not see competitive axe throwing in my future, but I would definitely visit this place again.
