I had a great experience here with Gianna. I rarely leave a salon happy with my hair but Gianna fully listened to exactly what I wanted, walked me through as she was doing the different steps to make sure we were on the same page, and on top of that was friendly and sweet. This was the best hair appointment I have had in a long time.
The salon staff was also extremely accommodating. I had purchased a Groupon just for highlights/balayage and decided I wanted a haircut as well, which they fit in with no problem.
All around great experience!
