Absolutely an amazing experience ! I felt so comfortable and relaxed while also learning what my body needed. I have never experienced reflexology before - only foot massages or pedicures- but this was different. The massage was great. A little different than what I have experience. I had the massage therapist walk on my back, which was amazing. I can hold off going to my chiropractor a little longer. I walked out feeling much better. I plan to go back!
