On my first visit, I got a tour of the studio, and learned more about the different classes. The instructors are very patient, and I like that the class sizes are small, which is great for beginners. I recommend you give them a try whether you are more advanced, or just beginning your Pilates journey. I'm looking forward to going back soon!
