I am so floored by the results of the Japanese hair straightening treatment! My whole life I have had wavy/curly hair that is thick. I have always wished to walk out of the shower with wet hair and have it air dry beautifully. In the past, I tried keratin treatments x 2, which only slightly relaxed my waves. I still had to style/blow dry/flat iron. I decided to try this treatment after seeing a Groupon. I did have to pay extra for the length of my hair. My stylist told me that my hair would be pretty much straight after the treatment. I was doubtful. After 72 hours, I washed my hair for the first time and nearly cried with joy! For the first time in my life, my hair air dried straight and beautiful! This was worth every penny. My stylist knew what she was doing and had a lot of experience with hair of different backgrounds (I’m south Asian). I will be going back for a root touch up for sure. This is a game changer! I am praying it lasts!
