We’ve used this deal twice and it’s been great both times. We go during the week, before noon. Good, quick service and we call right as we’re getting out of the river. The bus is waiting for us by the time we walk up the steps to the pickup area. Everyone is nice and helpful. Zero complaints. We did the self park, bring your own tubes thing for years, but I’d gladly pay $30 to be a lot lazier😅.
