Fitness Classes in and near Lake Stevens, WA

My kids and I have really enjoyed the classes and variety so far.

Loved the experience! Sarah was patient and walked me through the entire process. She gave me special instructions during the 45 min workout and I was able to improve my techniques in a short time.

This was a really fun experience, Catherine and FJ are extremely talented teachers and very patient with newbies like us. We hope to return!
