The service was so much more aggressive in the past and they've definitely made a lot more changes to cater to others outside of the community. Love the variety of saunas and bathhouse, and the fact that you can really spend a whole day here and be occupied and satisfied with everything they have. Just wish the massages and spa services weren't so expensive.
