This was an extremely smooth process. I just purchased a new laptop with MS Windows 11 Home. I wanted Pro but the location didn't offer Pro with the configuration I wanted. I found this offer and was able to update to Windows 11 Pro with no issues at all. Unlike the MS Office package cluster I purchased via Groupon through another vendor. I purchased two copies of this. The other copy I will be using for an existing Windows 10 laptop. I will be using the second copy to upgrade and hope it goes as smooth as the Pro upgrade.

I bought a second subscription because I was happy with the service and the support provided. They are very quick to respond when they’re needed.
