Scheduling took 2 people/steps, but otherwise, very good customer experience. Booked me for a specific time vs a window, and I received a call since the tech was running 20 minutes late. Very good communication process. Tech was professional, in and out pretty quickly. Hopefully I'll not be seeing cockroaches for awhile!
