It was a bit tricky for an appointment as you have to leave a message so they can call you back. In order to hold the appointment you need to leave a card number. A little tricky finding the place. Once inside it is nice and everyone was friendly. I think my nail specialist is fairly new Julia, she was super sweet and gentle. Only con is that I wish she was rougher on my feet as I left with excess skin still on my heels.
Wonderful experience! Wow! Cheaper than any keratin I’ve gotten (and I have a ton of hair) & literally took 2 hours when in the past it’s taken 4 hours! Will 100% be returning!
