Our family had such a great time! The naturalist and staff on the boat was excellent and they seemed to enjoy their jobs. They did a great job or educating and making learning fun! We saw one whale about 30 minutes into the boat ride and then continued to see more and more whales when we got further out. We were amazed, saw so many whales and learned so much! I had to contact Groupon support after purchasing the whale watch because I didn’t get my Groupon email and it was not in my spam, junk (etc) email. Chat support was helpful and emailing me my Groupon so I could book the whale watch. After getting my Groupon email the rest was straightforward. Parking for the trip and checking in was seamless an arriving 30 minutes early was plenty early but the boat leaves on time! Highly recommend!
