Of course I loved the savings, but I absolutely love the convenience of no appointments. And the Rookwood location in Cincinnati always, always gives excellent customer service. They're patient and helpful. They recommend services I've not thought about but I've never felt pressured to make additional purchases. Greatly appreciated by this customer. That's why I always come back.
Ernesto and his team were extremely professional & hospitable. The waiting area was welcoming & festively decorated for Christmas. The details of the work I was having done was explained to me in detail without being overwhelming. They were quick & I didn't feel pressured to add on any other services.
