The intro to aerial fitness class was such a great and unique experience. It provided a light workout and a bit of relaxation. Customer service from scheduling the class was superb and the instructor was so patient and friendly. Will be back to take additional classes.

Awesome! Front desk staff stellar! Me- recovering from hospital stay, cane limping from out of town. Staff friendly, informative & kind. Thought that it being in gym atmosphere it may not be best for peace & recovery but was in private area. Did compression and sauna and they even had a message chair I didnt know I needed! Great friendly place! good place for a little tune up!
