The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
First time float experience and it was amazing. The staff at True REST were great from booking to end of session. Professional, helpful, kind guidance throughout the session.Highly recommend this experience. I wish there was a True REST closer to where I live!
