The outdoor garden seems more like a glimpse into canine paradise than a place of business. The 10,000-square-foot plot of spongy grass, crisp blue pool, and hammocks is where shutterbugs from Animal Stars Photography get their best work done, though. The team of dog- and cat-loving photographers follows pets around as they lounge in the grooming cabana or chase tennis balls into the pool. The crew also lures pups into a professionally lit studio with treats. After they capture tongues lolling happily and wagging tails, the photographers invite pet owners back to their studio viewing room to curate a collection of images. On-location shoots can capture a pet where it is most comfortable, whether on a worn dog bed at home or in a panic room that the vacuum can’t get into.
With over twenty years of experience collectively, the award-winning photographers at Protege have earned a picture-perfect reputation and a sterling online rating. The team at Protege Photography Studio believes photography is not about staging moments. Instead, they are committed to capturing subjects at their most candid to produce authentic results. They eschew generic paper backgrounds for their very own movie-style production sets. Families can explore the eclectic setups, including the Japanese garden, and kids stay engaged thanks to the studio's multitude of toys and rides, including the theme park-style merry-go-round. After the photo shoot, subjects make their way to the viewing room to choose their favorite images from their session.
Jenny Daughtry doesn't need a studio. As the head photographer for Daughtry Photography, she harnesses natural light and the beauty of the greater San Francisco area to frame portraits of families in the scenic forest or glamorous subjects at the beach. Jenny also preserves festive nuptial memories during wedding shoots and provides promotional shots for models, actors, and musicians.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
This studio is different than any kind of photo studio I have visited before. Basically, I can take as many photos as I want in a session, and own all the pictures with a set price! There also many props and costumes that no other studios can provide.
Definitely a fun activity to do as a group!

The word "moodology" isn't in the dictionary. Nonetheless, the term, coined by photographer Curtis Jermany, best encapsulates his work, which he describes as "the practice of photographically capturing your many moods." To achieve this, Curtis casts his portraiture subjects in heavy shadow, dramatically emphasizing the sheen of sweat on a young boxer or the fretboard of a talented musician's guitar. While Curtis mans the camera, his team of makeup artists and stylists helps ensure that every pose-striker feels comfortable and confident.
Available for commercial and private work both in the studio and on-location, Curtis's clients range from fashion models to families, kids, and high school seniors. Besides snapping his own photos, Curtis teaches classes that help amateur shutterbugs avoid rookie mistakes such as filling entire rolls of film with close-up pictures of your eye.
