He was extremely kind, patient, and attentive to my children, which meant a lot to me and helped the whole experience feel calm and stress free. Everything was relaxed, and I never felt rushed. Good deal! They shipped me a box to ship back to them my VHS tapes, provided tracking. They also sent me a second email with a trackig to ship it back. I haven’t shipped my tapes yet nor received digital file on flash drive back but my experience is good so far!
