Wasn't sure about this groupon after reading a few negative feedbacks. Was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed this scalp/shoulder/neck massage. It was one of the most enjoyable, relaxing, invigorating massages I've had. Extremely satisfied and Kaylee was spot on. In regards to the bucket of water I did not find that to be an issue - the water temp was perfect - but, I get it, bad experiences happen. However, I am one happy camper. I highly recommend trying this at least once - I will be back for another.
