Owner was very responsive. We had a small scheduling issue initially due to a family medical emergency but he more than made up for it by working on their normal day off and they did a fantastic job cleaning our home. A++++
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
