The staff were professional and caring. The head spa was fabulous - one little thing I loved was the warming booties they put on my feet. When I was done, I was told I would get a complimentary 10 minute massage. The massage was intense. If you want a Swedish massage, this isn't for you. But if you want a sports massage or to really get knots out, the staff did an excellent job.
