I went to the brooklyn location and the process to book was very easy. I booked my visits online and then gave a call to the office phone number to provide the code. It's only been my first electrolysis visit so I can't speak to the results, but I say that the staff are very attentive and made me feel calm throughout the whole process.
The technician was excellent. There was some confusion by the owner that the Groupon was redeemed even though it said "redeemed." He expected to see a red mark. The payment was billed from my end.
