Loved it. Not the most pleasant experience since you’re pooping for 45min but felt soooo good after and I haven’t been bloated for weeks after the procedure! Def coming back!!

Love life force ninja gym is always different and challenging, great for all ages, the people that work there are very helpful and make you feel comfortable at all levels. Even if you've never done this before. Super fun!!! Highly recommend this place and worth the hour drive for us!!

This was a really fun experience, Catherine and FJ are extremely talented teachers and very patient with newbies like us. We hope to return!
