Four 30 Minute Virtual Wellness and Fitness Sessions
I've had one of my session with a trainer using Flexit, and it was a very good experience. This is a convenient platform with well qualified trainers. I wanted to give it a try to see how it worked, and it's a great option for fitness training.
Natalie is an amazing instructor! She challenges each person to do their personal best and allows for individual modifications. My stress level is always reduced when I leave the studio thanks to her sense of calmness! I highly recommend her yoga class!
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
