I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years

Outstanding yoga studio with very skilled yoga instructors in the practice of yoga. I was visiting from Annapolis, MD and the instructors were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely join the studio if I lived in the area permanently. It’s nice to be able to drop in while traveling and get some exercise.

Love it here! This Pilates studio is absolutely phenomenal—every class is thoughtfully led and tailored to all levels. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly committed to helping you feel stronger and more aligned after every session. Also Claudia is awesome!

Eliza was a great instructor for the intro to Pilates class. If you’re thinking about taking the class, do it!
