As I do not live in Astoria, I did not know what to expect when I purchased the Groupon package. The office is indeed state-of-the-art with very pleasant environment. The overall experience was good, but (1) I could find my doctor’s biography (Dr. Huang) on the website; (2) the person who receives patients, Rami (I would not know the precise spelling as it was shown anywhere), could be warmer and more courteous; (3) the SRP procedure was mentioned to me but I do not have gum disease; and (4) I felt being treated as someone who had no dental visits experience. With due sensitivity, I sometimes feel as if someone had to drive things to be really, really bad; whereas I am more leaning towards avoiding catastrophes in the realm of our control as humans.
I would recommend this place.
