Such a wonderful experience. I would recommend you do some research on TripAdvisor or YouTube so you know what to expect. The Aroma Gold Scrub was incredible and worth every penny. The Hot Stone Massage was delightful. My husband and I spent at least 6 hours there and could have stayed longer.
My tip for first timers : 1) bring cash to tip - especially for the body scrubs. 2) bring socks - some of the floors in the hot saunas are really hot! . 3) be respectful. The different rooms are so relaxing and peaceful - don’t ruin it for others by talking with your friends, etc.
90-Minute Reflexology and Upper Back Deep-Tissue Massage
Fit foot is clean with a calming atmosphere. Ming did a 90 reflexology and back massage. If you don't like deep pressure, you need to let them know. It was awesome! She was able to open my tense muscles and make me feel alive again. I would highly recommend Ming and Fit Foot. I will return.
