I am having left hip pain and once Zack assessed me, he knew exactly what the issue was. After just 1 personal training session, I feel better. I'm looking forward to working with him to strengthen my left side and making my body stronger overall in the next few weeks. He has great qualifications, great experience, is very professional, and highly recommended.
