It's always a great atmosphere with great service, the one negative is they don't provide pitchers of water but tiny cups that force the wait staff to be running around constantly and us to wait for hydration at times.
We went at a time when it was slow, my kids got to climb everything they wanted with hardly any wait. The place was clean and well maintained. Everyone had a blast, ages 7, 9, 11.
