So far have gone twice and Mary was the instructor and it has been so great. I have a few more classes to go but I am looking forward to the challenges and learning about myself through yoga.

Great time , wonderful staff they explain everything and then keep checking back to see how you are doing ,,,, they are upgrading some of the climbs !!
