Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I motivate my classes with my music selection and constant vocal encouragement! Sometimes I dance. I may perform the last few reps with them. Or I may simply switch to a better song to help my members PUSH. Every member and every class is different! So they require different types of motivation.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I graduated law school with a JD and an additional 50 lbs. A personal trainer changed my life shortly thereafter. I strive to be the same light in all of my members' lives as he was in mine. I strive to challenge all of my members to live healthier lifestyles. And have a BLAST while doing so.

I love helping my members reach their goals!
