I'm a 74 year old "out of shape" retiree. I saw this 10-Class Bar Method offer on Groupon so I solicited a friend to join with me (she's 62 & a lot younger.) The workouts are strenuous but I take breaks whenever I know I'm overdoing it. I've gone twice & have two more sessions coming up this week & looking forward to them.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by several employees. They were all very up beat and friendly. The place is very large and offers a number of services. I received a facial which was very relaxing. I was surprised that after a warm towel was placed on my face, a great massage of both hands was administered. The facility was very clean and well equipped to provide the various treatments offered.
