I enjoyed the class, it was educating, fun and filling. I learned how to make "Vodka sauce" without using Google. I can't wait to try it home for my family. It was delicious, and I was chosen as one of the students to actually get up in front of everyone and help making the "Roux". I loved the eggplant parmesan, also great and with less work, ingredients and carbs. The wine was great too, even though I spilled my glass. 😁
Chef Baba had jokes, pretty entertaining. I loved his interpretation ans acts on " The Godfather" I happen to love that movie as well.
Overall a nice time, good eats, talks, laughs and cooking advice. I would definitely recommend to others. And I will be going back again with my son and granddaughter.
P.S. I even brought home a little eggplant parm so my son could try. He loved it too!!!
