Upon arrival, I was greeted by several employees. They were all very up beat and friendly. The place is very large and offers a number of services. I received a facial which was very relaxing. I was surprised that after a warm towel was placed on my face, a great massage of both hands was administered. The facility was very clean and well equipped to provide the various treatments offered. The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
Upon arrival at the True Rest Float Spa, you are greeted by friendly staff. Beginners are shown a video that explains the benefits of Float Therapy and walks you through what to expect. Then you are taken into your private suite where you shower before your float. You have your choice of meditation music that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The hour seems to go by faster than I thought it would. The tension in my shoulders and neck was completely gone by the time my session was over. Once out of the suite, we were offered water and hot tea and took advantage of the massage chairs. Afterward, we enjoyed the flavored oxygen. I can't remember a more relaxing experience. I look forward to my next trip there!
