Gyms in and near Raymore, MO

I've had one of my session with a trainer using Flexit, and it was a very good experience. This is a convenient platform with well qualified trainers. I wanted to give it a try to see how it worked, and it's a great option for fitness training.

The trainer responded fast. World around my schedule to find a good time. He was knowledgeable and taught me some skills none of my former trainers ever did: how to get the most out of your exercise. Also helped me figureout the best home work out equipment. Very pleasant staff, they have a variety of equipment that i don't have at my gym. Overall an amazing experience!

They were super helpful to assist me in using my Groupon purchase.

I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!

So far so good. Just started using the workouts, really enjoying it. The workouts will definitely challenge you.
