I had a very good experience here. Dr. Peffer was very respectful and courteous. He asked me a lot of questions so that he understood what was going on. He did a thorough assessment to make sure he was treating the necessary area. I felt very comfortable and he made sure I knew what he was going to do throughout the entire process. I liked that he talked with me as he was doing the adjustment, so I didn’t feel any pressure or pain. He made me feel like he truly cared about my treatment and addressing all of my concerns. The office was clean and tidy and although it seems small, it felt welcoming. I appreciated that I didn’t feel like I was just another number that was being rushed to move on so he could treat the next person. I would definitely come here again.
